Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories (such as jewelry boxes, cleaning cloths, tags, etc.) that came with the product.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of jewelry and related items are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry (e.g., engraved, monogrammed, or made-to-order pieces)
- Intimate jewelry items (e.g., body jewelry, earrings that have been worn, as they cannot be resold for hygiene reasons)
- Jewelry that has been damaged, altered, or modified by the customer after receipt
- Gift cards and downloadable digital products (if applicable)
Required Documentation for Returns
To complete your return, we require a valid receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, order number).
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Jewelry with obvious signs of use (e.g., scratches, tarnishing, or missing small accessories not caused by our error)
- Jewelry not returned in its original packaging or missing original accessories
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
Once your returned jewelry is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed promptly, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days (the specific time depends on your payment provider’s processing cycle).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
1. Check your bank account or payment app again, as refunds may take several business days to be reflected.
2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as there may be a processing delay before the refund is officially posted.
3. If you have completed the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us via email for further assistance.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced jewelry items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale, discounted, or clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Exchanges
We only replace jewelry items if they are defective, damaged, or have quality issues upon receipt. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same style, please contact us via email to initiate the exchange process.
Gifts
If the jewelry was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a gift certificate will be sent to you via email.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, we will send the refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.
Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the jewelry. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value jewelry items, as we do not guarantee the receipt of returned items.
The time for your returned item to reach us may vary depending on your location (e.g., Europe, America, Oceania).
